Our professional Events and Catering team specializes in exclusive cocktail parties and corporate events with a range of great options and menus for any occasion on the corporate events calendar. Christmas and EOFY bookings are always in high demand so it’s best to book as early as possible.

Our event spaces can accommodate up to 1100 people with complete catering and beverage service tailored to suit your needs and budget. Our Events Team is based on site to help to plan and deliver the perfect party every time, offering assistance and a wealth of experience throughout the process. We can also assist with coordinating entertainment, team building activities, theme design, decorations or provide highly recommended supplier contacts.

Our Venue Spaces

The Shelbourne Hotel offers 2 exclusive function rooms for private events or areas for reservation in the bar. You are welcome to contact our events team for help finding the right venue for you. The decision usually comes down to style of event you’re hosting and the number of guests attending.

Each function room is set across a whole level of the venue with a private bar, bathrooms and AV facilities for corporate presentations or DJs and entertainment.

Exclusive hire includes complimentary use of a cordless microphone for planned or impromptu speeches, HD projector and retractable screens for presentations if needed. Or you can opt for a live DJ and dancefloor for corporate celebrations.

The LinQ Bar on level 2 is best for cocktail parties of 50-150 guests with a maximum capacity of 200 people. While the amazing Altitude Bar is a private rooftop venue for functions of 100 to 300 people and always impresses both clients and guests. For functions with guest lists of over 300 people, multiple levels or exclusive hire of the whole venue can be made available on application, please speak to our functions team for more information.
