Prepaid Group Pre-Orders

The Shelbourne team offer a pre-order service to help manage lunch on a limited time frame or large group bookings. Download and circulate the menu to your guests so you’re one step ahead when you arrive. Orders are required by 10am on the morning of your booking. Please return forms via email and call if you do not receive a prompt confirmation.

How Prepaid Orders Work

  1. Download the form and circulate to your group and collate their choices on to a single order form.
  2. Return one form with the whole order and single card payment details to us via eat@shelbournehotel.com.au
  3. Our team will be in touch to confirm receipt of your order. If you do not hear from us within 15 minutes please call 9267 3100 to confirm your order has been received and payment processed.
  4. On arrival, please introduce yourselves to let our team know you’re here and ready to dine, so the kitchen team can be updated. Your receipt will be provided in person on arrival. If you wish to start a bar tab you will need to present a physical card for payment at the counter, or guests can buy their own drinks.
  5. Enjoy.

Please note a minimum of 8 meals required for a pre order. We cannot process an advanced order without payment and payments cannot be split.

If you need to pay separately, please order at the bar individually on arrival.
