Experience a taste of Singapore’s nightlife at The Rooftop Sydney during a very special 2 day pop-up event this February. Featuring incredible cocktails by iconic Singapore bars NATIVE and OPERATION DAGGER, which are officially ranked 13 and 23 on the World’s 50 Best Bars List.

​Sashi Cheliah, MasterChef Australia’s 2018 winner will take over The Rooftop kitchen and draw on his Singapore heritage to serve a Singapore inspired menu, including the amazing Rendang that secured his place on MasterChef.

The most exciting part is that Sashi has collaborated with the creative genius’ at Native & Operation Dagger to design a 5 course Singapore street food degustation, with 4 matching cocktails to give Sydneysiders a taste of their favourite flavours of Singapore’s world class food & drink scene.

Advanced bookings are essential for the degustation menu. However, walk-ins are welcome for lunch, dinner and afternoon cocktails until sold out. The Rooftop and Garden Bars are open from 12pm until late Wednesday and Thursday. Early arrivals are recommended.

Special performances will include leading Singaporean artist DJ KoFlow and Tabitha Nauser. DJ KoFlow will perform live in the garden from 6pm each night. Plus Tabitha Nauser will perform chilled out vocal sets at The Rooftop each night.
