A TASTE OF SINGAPORE’S BEST COCKTAILS BARS HERE IN SYDNEY

The Rooftop Sydney is featuring a short list of drinks throughout the month of March by two of Singapore’s top bars, ranked with the top 25 of the World’s Best Bars list.

Following the Singapore Social Pop-Up event in February which featured a menu by 2018 MasterChef winner Sashi Cheliah and incredible cocktails by iconic Singapore bars NATIVE and OPERATION DAGGER. The two leading bars have left us with the secret recipes for their bespoke drinks celebrating their favourite flavours of Singapore’s food and drink scene.

Forager’s Garden by Native
Brass Lion Gin, Blue Pea Flowers, Pandan Kombucha, Wild Torch Ginger

Ranked #13 on the World’s Best Bars List NATIVE offers an inventive cocktail menu featuring regionally-sourced ingredients, along with a rotation of some unexpected yet genius additions.

This refreshing cocktail is inspired by Singapore’s garden city greenery.

Soapberry Sling by Operation Dagger
Soapberry, Longan Nectar, Fermented Oats, Coconut

Ranked #23 in the World, OPERATION DAGGER is an atmospheric
mad-scientist-like hangout in Singapore’s Chinatown, that continues to impress its crowd with inventive menus that change seasonally and cocktails that push the boundaries, such the Pork Soda cocktail that will be available during the Singapore Social Pop-Up.

The Sling pays homage the iconic Singapore Sling created at The Long Bar in Raffles Hotel. Soapberry is from the same family as lychees and longans all of which are native to Southeast Asia. Operation Dagger created this naturally carbonated coctail using oats, lychees and Logan Nectar Honey from Singapore. A delicate sample of their favourite flavours of Singapore.
